She never fails to let it be known that she is there for you if you need her. I could not praise the two of these women enough! Katy is also very personable. She takes time to chat with you and make sure you are doing well. She has such a kind spirit. These two have been a godsend to me and mine. thought. I know I am a little over weight, but I felt like he judged my condition before I even sat down. He told me my lungs were fine, even though he did not even use his stethoscope to listen, I had to ask him to actually listen to my lungs. Did not do a thorough physical exam. I felt like he couldn't wait to get me out of there to get on to his next appointment, as I feel they double booked my time. Then ended up sending me the full bill even though my insurance cover it and then argued when I said it was a preventative care appointment. Also they never called me to discuss the results of my labs. Not impressed!
