You also have to drive cash to their home 20 minutes away to pay rent. There is not enough parking EVER , and they are quick to boot after 9:00 pm so your friends will always have to remember to move their cars. I've always been friends with the guys who live in apartment 11 and every single semester they have had mold problems. They made complains and nothing has happened. Overall the apartments are awesome and the location is great, but the managers are worth finding elsewhere to live.
