They are cheap, which is always a plus, especially for private rooms. They are small, and the desks and beds are very cumbersome and the washing machines onsite cost a lot. However I think the manager (Trish) is honest and it's really close to campus. I wouldn't live here but
if you need something in a pinch it's not horrible like some places. Also heavily Mormon so if you're into that it's basically a Mormon dorm where they do ward stuff in the green area.

I've lived here for a few years. Apartments have all the essentials. It's close to campus. Cheap rent. Cannot complain. Each apartment has 4 private rooms. The lower complex has 2 bathrooms per apartment and the upper complex has 1 per apartment. Both complexes have a laundry room.

My daughter lives here. Everyone has their own bedroom and bathroom. Apartment also has washer and dryer.
