Aretta Gardens is a great place to live! The townhomes are so homey and it’s been a favorite by far!

Good maintenance, Worth the money, Great location
This is an excellent townhome row to live in for a few big reasons. Every bedroom has a private bathroom, there are 2 fridges for 5 people, so much storage space, and a large living room and kitchen that is fully furnished. It is a high quality row that is
so close to the BYU campus for a decent price!

No one loves management in Provo but this management is on top of it for making
repairs and keeping the apartment up-to-date.

10/10 would recommend, Worth the money, Great location
I have absolutely loved living here. It has been the perfect situation and place for me after I came home from my mission. I have lived here for two years and I have made so many friends and met so many amazing people. The location is perfect and the management
has been great.

I haven't had any personal problems with them. They only make you pay once for a
parking pass and they are very responsive when we need help.

There is plenty of storage in the kitchen and the walk-in closets that are given to
each person gives plenty of space for personal items.

Be aware there are different managements for the different units. Some units have a fifth person
living in the basement while others didn't. Management is reasonable when responding to complaints.
