Caring management, Get ready to party, Great location
King Henry is great for a lot of reasons! The pool is awesome, the gym is kind of tiny, but it’s a very social apartment complex with great words and lots of fun people. They have lots of different kinds of apartment so you can find just about anything that

you’re looking for. I enjoy living here, even though I was in one of the less nice apartments. I will say now that it’s BYU approved housing, there is definitely a younger crowd that lives here, including freshman, and 19 to 20-year-olds who are fresh off the mission or are yet to go on a mission, so it’s not the best place to live if you’re looking for juniors and seniors, but there are definitely a variety of people that live here so you can find whatever you’re looking for.

Management is so responsive and they try so hard to fix every problem that you could

possibly come up with. I have sent in probably at least 100 maintenance request without exaggerating and they fixed every single thing in a reasonable amount of time. The front desk is almost impossible to contact without going in person, But it is overall awesome.

The apartments are old and when I got here, there were a lot of things that

needed fixing. But they aren’t gross because they have cleaning checks every two months or so which is really nice because they assign cleaning checks to people and you never have the same task and you’re graded on your own cleaning check so everyone is responsible for cleaning, which is great

Caring management, Get ready to party, Overpriced
King Henry is overall a good place to live. That being said, here are my pros and cons: Cons: - Overpriced - Parking is awful - It is very old - Lack of remodeling even though they charge a $10 a month "reconditioning fee." - They participate in the extremely widespread "1 year contract" scam - Overly

rigorous cleaning checks Pros: - Everybody knows King Henry is very social, very easy to meet people. As for the people themselves, they are usually younger, mostly freshman and some sophomores. - They offer private rooms with in-house washer and dryer - Pool & Hot tub - Activities and frequent free food at clubhouse - Good management and great, cheerful office staff - Responsive maintenance team

Excellent place to live. Convenient location, wonderful management, and great amenities. One of the best places to socialize at BYU. If you're looking for spacey apartments it might not be the best, but it has a lot to offer and is the perfect student apartment

Good maintenance, Caring management, Nothing to write home about
Overall, I enjoy King Henry! It’s a fun and social complex. There can be struggles to find parking come night time, even with the parking pass you have to pay for. The apartments are definitely older, but they get the job done

King Henry is THE BEST! I have absolutely loved my experience here. It's so easy to make friends with sand volleyball, a hot tub, pool, clubhouse, game field, and friendly neighbors. There's a shuttle specifically for King Henry to take you to and from class. The wards are incredible, and

the living place is great.

This was such an awesome place to live! I had great roommates and a great ward. The only drawbacks are that the apartment is a little bit old and it's a little far from campus. I would also say it's a bit younger overall; there are lots of first year

returned missionaries.

I love living here, but parking is always overcrowded. You have to pay extra to get the parking pass, and then you still might not get a spot if you come home late. I love the access to a piano, pool, volleyball courts, grass field, pizza oven and grills, and

free gym.

Poor management, Bad maintenance, Great location
King Henry is a very good location. However they oversell on parking passes so you have to be in at around 10:30 to get a parking pass. Also the contract requires $75 per month that you have lived there as a fee if you sell your contract. It is a

very social and fun place with lots of activities though

King Henry is seriously the best!! The wards are so amazing- I feel like everyone I meet at King Henry is super cool and spiritual. It is such a fun and positive environment. Our apartment is really nice and I definitely think it’s one of the nicer complexes in the

Management is AWFUL!! They are deceitful and when I asked about a fee I was told

I didn't need to pay, they told me "the owner changed his mind" and now I had to pay it. Just know this was a $600 charge. Greedy Californian investors are trying to suck as much money as they can from poor college students

Old, Would not live here again, Inconvenient location
I lived here for fall and winter semester. I had a private room, and the building they put me in had the smallest kitchen ever. Bathroom had black mold in it as well, and overall was just a really old run down apartment. The location was somewhat inconvenient for me,

as in order to get anywhere you have to take a bus. The Ryde bus to campus is helpful, but has a downside of not running on weekends and not running late on Fridays. Overall, didn't really enjoy living here, the people were nice enough, but the place is just really old.

DO NOT LIVE HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES while the price and amenities seem super great the lease you sign onto is exploitive and will take all your money. Selling your contract is borderline impossible and even if you do they will take your entire security deposit. The price point isn't even

worth it. You are paying soon to be nearly 500$ a month for a 6 person moldy old apartment with one bathroom per each bathroom. come live at campus plaza, significantly better place for 1/4 of the price
