Really only four things I think you should be aware of... from Carriage House to the Ricks, Benson, or STC is about a 15-20 minute walk. So, decide if you like walking if all your classes are up campus. Second, if you do get in, you have to be on top of getting a future contract. I know so many people who had to move because they didn't sign up fast enough (and I'm talking months in advance, especially for Fall). Third, parking gets taken up so fast, look closely for the parking email. Fourth, there is no AC, but they do offer to install an AC unit in the spring when it is really needed. Other than that, I really can't complain, it's been a good home for me these last few years :)

for a good place near campus.

unit. It's nothing huge, nothing fancy. You get what you pay for. But the people are great, management is very friendly, and I've never had major problems with damage, mold, noise, or anything like that.

and we have the BEST maintenance. If you put a work order in they'll be there the next day and immediately fix it. (Our washer broke and I left for two hours. I got back and we had a new unit.) The two fridges, in-unit laundry, big lounge, and private practice room make this a great place to live.
