I've lived here since winter 2021 and I will continue to live here until I graduate. I moved to this complex at a friend's suggestion and I love it. Rent is affordable, it's right next to campus, and management is wonderful. Even the wards are amazing. I can't recommend Royal
Crest enough! Everyone is so friendly and do what they can to make you feel welcomed.

For an old apartment building, you can expect some things to be damaged or worn. But I'm impressed with the prompt and timely manner this apartment complex has with its maintenence work when I report an issue.

I love living here! Management and maintenance are so kind and easy to work with. The amenities are kept nice and clean, and the laundry is free, which is a huge plus! Rent is very affordable. My favorite part about living at Royal Crest is the social aspect. I have
always had amazing roommates, great wards, and kind neighbors.

I have lived here for two semesters now and it is amazing! I plan to keep living here my college career. Manager is such a wonderful person to work with and helpful in every way. Easy access to laundry, work out rooms, and study rooms. Such a pleasure to live

This has been my favorite place to live at while being in Rexburg! I have been here four semesters and plan to finish my collage career at Royal Crest. This location puts you near the grocery store, right across from the gym and close to the MC as well as
many food venues around town. The manager is wonderful and really takes care of us! If you are social and love interacting with people this is the place to be at!

Safe, Great location, Poor management
I’ve lived here for years, and have really enjoyed all the wards I belonged to and had great roommates. There’s plenty or laundry space and the rooms are a pretty good value. However, current management is very hard to work with. They’ve also don’t give out important information in time,
and are rarely available. Parking is also an issue, there’s simply too many residents with not enough spots. You have to sign up as early as possible if you want a spot.

Current management is not very good. They’re responsive, but not helpful. They’ll tell you they’ll look
into it, but then never get back to you. They’ll send out emails with the wrong information on them, I’d they send any at all. Management has been my biggest hang up at Royal Crest.
