emailed multiple times, and the only thing that’s been fixed is my ability to completely lose faith in humanity. Then there’s the house inspection fee—$150 just to look at the place?! And they conveniently "forgot" to mention this until I was already halfway through the process. I’ve never paid so much to walk into a disaster zone. It’s like they’re charging you to traumatize yourself. Oh, and did I mention the smells? A mix of damp basement, mold, and mystery funk that no air freshener can mask. The walls are stained, the floors creak so loudly it sounds like they’re screaming for help, and I’m pretty sure I saw a mouse in the corner waving at me. This house isn’t just a fixer-upper—it’s a complete teardown. The only way to make this place livable is to bulldoze it and start over. Save your time, your money, and your sanity. You’ve been warned.

Despite making countless maintenance requests in person and online, absolutely nothing has been done. Our washer has broken three times already and we have only lived here six months. On the third time they told us the new washer would be installed in a week, but did not show up when it was supposed to be in and only after we confronted them in person did they say that it was delayed. There is no communication from management, except when it’s time to pay rent. They do not respect their tenants at all. It is unacceptable for the price...look somewhere else.

Previous property manager was not very good, but the new one that started about 6 months ago has a great team of people who are very responsive. Any bad reviews are likely due to previous management.
