Pretty expensive but lots of great space and good location to BYU!

Clubhouse is super lame. It’s just an empty apartment with no kitchen or wall dividers. No gym, pool, hot tub, grass area, or TV :/ The people are AMAZING though. Very mature and kind. Close walk to SW campus.

Old Academy is an awesome place to live (especially if you’re looking for an older and fun vibe)

Shower and rooms are awesome, the main living space doesn’t have much furnishing but people have
brought their own stuff and a lot of it has been left so usually it is decently furnished!

Beautiful place! I love old academy. The ward is the best part. I also love the space and that I can have my own room.

Upscale, Dating potential
This is a nice place to live. It is relatively close to campus, right next to a bus stop, has private rooms, and the wards here are social and friendly. The dating pool here is nice for guys and the ward is more mature (mostly RM's). The only downsides are
4 people to one fridge is difficult, the walls are pretty thin (so you can hear if the tv is on or if people are talking loudly), and it is pretty expensive.

I haven't had any bad interactions with the management, but overall people tend to dislike aspen
ridge. The lease was also filled with a bunch of little absurd charges, but as long as you remember the things they can charge you for and are careful, you should be fine.

It is a super fun and social place. Great ward. Open and spacious interior which makes it convenient for having people over. Large bedrooms and bathrooms.

Great place to live! The girls apartments are much nicer than the boys. They are spacious and clean. Great ward/social scene. Guests can park at the library across the street.
