Get ready to party, Good roommate matching, Great location
I loved living here! It was super social and there were a lot of ward activities and events out on by the complex. The kitchen and front room were a good size, and the bedrooms were a little on the small side but had enough space. The pool, hot tub
Super social!! Awesome wards. Maintenance is really quick to respond. If you don’t get a parking pass, parking is a nightmare in fall/winter!

There is a good mix of people. If people are partying they don't bother the non-partiers.
I was on both sides multiple times. Wholesome partying.

Liberty Square is a great place to live! Everything you need is nearby and there are tons of social activities if you want, or you can easily have your space if you prefer. The parking is really good for provo and management responds quickly to any maintenance requests you have.
The office is easy to find if you have any other questions. The age range of this complex is youngish. There are people from BYU, UVU, just working, or other trade schools. It's a great place, especially in the summer.
Not horrible. Just sometimes difficult to work with if you have a problem

Bad maintenance, Poor management, Overpriced
Would love to discourage anyone from living at liberty square. Specifically Washington 3. There have been constant issues since they day we moved in but I would like to specifically mention the water damage and mold that they have ignored. They found standing water in the vents after one of
my roommates had to leave for two weeks because of mold poisoning. After the initial discovery of visible mold they came and said they sprayed for mildew. Another request had to be submitted to get them to come clean the mold, violating their contract that says they have to take care of it immediately. They are currently claiming we are not living in deficit conditions. They are refusing comply with the Utah Fit Premisise Act (which they are violating in multiple ways) and let me and my roommates out of our leases.
Great wards! Has nothing to do with the complex it self.

I LOVE LIBERTY SQUARE! There honestly isn’t a more social apartment complex south of BYU campus! It’s a 6 min walk to campus and so close to center street. The outdoor pool is a big plus and the gym and laundry room are both super nice as well! The ward
is simply the most amazing YSA ward I have ever had the privilege of being in and the members and bishopric are so fantastic:)
Management is really sweet and caring and the maintenance team helped us out a ton

Overpriced, Great location, 10/10 would recommend
I’ve overall loved living at Liberty Square! It’s expensive, but it’s been good. Parking in particular is expensive ($40 for above ground, $50 for underground), but usually there is enough parking in the lots if you know where to look. It’s super close to campus which has been really convenient
and the apartments aren’t bad quality. I’ve had a great experience there!
The social environment and Liberty Square is exactly what I was looking for. I have a
super social ward and it seems like everyone is looking to make more friends. I am a sophomore/junior who has just returned from an LDS mission, and most people in the ward seem to meet that demographic (not freshman, but not too old either). The clubhouse has been a nice and convenient place for ward activities and I think that that common location increases attendance at activities.
Nestled in the vibrant south-campus area, Liberty Square boasts an alluring charm that entices residents seeking a home that offers a balanced lifestyle. You’ll be thrilled to discover a bustling social scene that transcends race, background, and interests. The warm and welcoming atmosphere is the perfect backdrop for making new connections and forging lifelong friendships. It’s got great amenities, a great location, a great social scene, and a great price. It’s just a really fantastic place!
Location
Located at 556 N 400 E in Provo, that puts you only a few blocks south of BYU campus ( 16 minute walk to the HBLL to be exact). It’s nice to know you’re so close, especially when you’re dragging yourself to the 8:00 am American Heritage class every Tuesday morning (gives me goosebumps just thinking about it). Anyways, you’re also just a short walk to a lot of other Provo highlights: J-Dawgs , Cupbop, Brooker’s Ice Cream, Dirty Bird Provo Hut, and of course… VASA. With this prime location, you’ll always be right in the center of the action. Or at least within walking distance😉.
Floor Plans and Pricing
Liberty Square offers a wide variety of floor-plans to it’s residents. Let’s take a look at what you have to choose from:
Adams 2: The one bedroom and one bathroom option is perfect if you only want one roommate. It’t 504 square feet total, and only costs $494 a month.
Concord 4: This layout has two shared bedrooms and one full bathroom with two exterior sinks, and is 928 square feet. Each room has their own desk, so having a space to do your homework will never be an issue. These spots cost $430 a month.
Yorktown 4: Similar to the Concord 4, the Yorktown 4 is a two floor apartment that offers two shared rooms and two bathrooms, along with a living room and kitchen. Each spot is $440 a month.
Yorktown 5: If you’re looking for a place to room with more of your friends and with a lot of extra space, the Yorktown 5 option might be for you. The apartment is 1130 square feet, has two bedrooms (one 2-bed and one 3-bed), a shared bathroom with two exterior sinks, and a really big living room and kitchen. Each spot is $430 a month.
Freedom 4: This is the most popular floor plan, and for good reason. There are two shared bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a great living area and kitchen. Fighting over the bathroom will never be a problem, and there won’t be too many people crowding the apartment. It’s a great balance. Each room costs $460 a month.
Plymouth 4: Basically a townhome built into Liberty Square, it comes with two shared bedrooms and a full bathroom upstairs, while downstairs hosts another bathroom, kitchen, and spacious living area to relax with your friends. Each spot is $465.
Adams 4: Very similar to the Plymouth 4, the Adams 4 is also a two shared bedroom townhome. However, this layout has two full bathrooms on the second floor, as well as a half-bathroom on the first floor. Getting ready for the day will never feel easier, and there will be plenty of room to watch The Bachelor finale in the living area. Each spot is $480.
Marshall 4: Once again, very similar to the Adam 4 and Plymouth 4. A shared two bedroom townhome, 2.5 bath, and spacious living room and kitchen to cap off the apartment. $485 a spot.
Madison 6: This is one of the largest apartments offered. With three shared rooms, 2 bathrooms (one with a tub and one with just a shower), two external sinks, and a living room and pantry. These are $450 a spot.
Freedom 6: At 1206 square feet, there is plenty of space for you and 5 of your friends. Once again, 3 shared rooms, 2 bathrooms, and a great pantry and living room. These are $480 a spot.
Virginia 6: Essentially the same as the Freedom and Madison 6, with a slightly different arrangement of the rooms. These are $465 a spot.
Just in case you were wondering, here are a few close up pictures of what the apartments look like inside:
Amenities
In addition to the wide selection of apartment layouts offered, there are also a lot of amenities provided to make your living experience more enjoyable.
Just a few are:
Brand New Hot Tub
Clubhouse
Pool table
Ping-pong tables
Indoor Basketball Court
Outdoor Sport Court
Clubhouse with 80” TV and couches
Outdoor Firepit
Computer Lab
24-Hour Fitness Center
Ok, maybe we listed more than “just a few”, but hey, not a bad selection.
Management and Quality
They say that management can make or break an apartment living experience, so let’s see what some of the Liberty Square residents have to say about the owners:
Lib-Square might be one of the most social apartments you could live at while going to BYU. Management frequently hosts activities, and the complex is known for having very social, fun people. But don’t just take our word for it, here’s what some of the residents had to say:
There you have it folks. It’s a great place to expand your social circle, there are a ton of different room layouts to fit your needs and budget, the amenities are spot-on, and it has an unbeatable location. Sounds like all there is left to it is to SIGN THE LEASE! Luckily, if Liberty Square has any open contracts, they will always be on Find My Place! Apply today, and get signed as soon as possible.
