see morethey will come check the problem out, but it will take multiple asks for them to actually fix it).

see moretub to the gym and clubhouse with pool table and ping pong, there’s always something fun to do. The BYU shuttle and bus system make getting to campus so easy, and the on-site laundry is super convenient. Plus, the roommates are awesome—friendly, respectful, and a lot of fun to be around. It’s the perfect balance of social life and study time. I’d 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for great housing and a supportive community! You’ll love it! Let me know if you want it even more polished or casual! “Best Student Housing Experience!” Living here has been incredible! The apartment is spacious, clean, and fully furnished—everything you need to feel right at home. The two fridges are a game-changer, and having a TV in the living area is perfect for movie nights. see moreI love that all the repairs we’ve needed have been fixed in a day or two.
see moreThere’s design inconsistencies like different lighting, flooring, and cabinetry that works well for some and makes other rooms feel small and old. The cleaning inspections aren’t very thorough but if you keep your apartment generally clean you should be fine.
see morehappening regarding the complex. I have lived here for almost two years now and I’d stay another year if my schedule works out that way. They let me room with friends from my mission and it’s been such a treat to live with them! I will admit that the bathroom in the gym rarely has soap in it which could be managed better. I love it here though!
see morealways have spots for parking. Great quality living spaces for a good price!

see morebut for me personally it's been a non-issue.
see morestaff pre-move in day which would have been nice, but it wasn't that bad.
see morebroken. Our apartment had black mold and we had to report it 3 times until they actually did something.

see morethe back spots). You do have to pay for laundry at their on-site laundry mat, which is a bit of a downside. It's not super expensive though and if you avoid weekends it's not normally too busy. Their staff have been great and cleaning checks are every 3-4 months and not that hard to pass. Overall, it's not perfect but it's a great place to live while you're in school!
see morethey're super helpful and responsive. Management can be iffy about responsiveness depending on what the issue is. They're normally pretty easy to reach, but I have had times I have to pester them a bit. I've rarely had an issue that needed management involvement however, so you don't deal with them a ton.
see morespace to add storage stuff if needed. It's mostly lacking in hall closet space and bathroom space if you have a lot of bathroom stuff.
see moreshared room? absolutely garbage. I have yet to see a dishwasher here that works. They are always broken, filling up with water. When you request maintenance, they just tell you to run the dish washer once a day. I swear they get the maintenance workers off the side of the road. The hot tub is constantly broken, but instead of fixing the ancient equipment, they decided to put in an outdoor fireplace. I swear a child can run this place better. The only reason I have been staying is friends. But if you are looking for a place to stay, steer clear of raintree.
see moreshady things like give some people money back for some things and then make them promise not to tell anyone
see moredoesn’t flow to the rooms. It’s hot in the summer and cold in the winter in our bedrooms.
see moregood luck finding them then, because they are never there.
see moreforward to going in and talking with the staff every so often!
see morebig enough for all the roommates, the pantry feels a little narrow but other than that the quality of the apartments is great! The property is very clean and looks great as well.
