spoke with Kathy. I have had a lot of unpleasant phone calls but she was probably the rudest and most unpleasant and unhelpful and even got upset with me for parking there for just a a few minutes…save yourself the headache and don’t live here!! I don’t even live here and I hate it!!

difficult sometimes as you need to pay rent via mail and when you need to talk to the landlord you either need to call or talk to her in person. Not the worst thing in the world, but sometimes an inconvenience. When I stayed here, there was a huge leak in the garage area underneath the apartment complex during the winter. I called the landlord and she said she already knew and not to worry about it. But as time went on, the leak got bigger and installation started falling. Nobody would park on that side of the apartment complex. I would park on the opposite side but eventually some greasy unknown substance started falling on my windshield. Finally the leak was fixed a couple months later when it was spring. But I no longer live there because of the substance that kept falling on my windshield, afraid of something bigger falling on it. Supposedly its fixed now, but the fact that it took so long to fix made me a bit frustrated. The photo below is the contact info of the landlord at the time I was living there in 2022-2023
