Great location, Caring management, 10/10 would recommend
I've loved living here. It is a little pricy compared to some parking in the area but the rooms are very large and you only have to share a bathroom with 1 other person. The management is very responsive to our day-to-day maintenance and we have not had any large

maintenance requests. It is BYU-contracted so they are required to do cleaning checks but they are not that bad and we have never been asked to re-clean something. The best part for me was the free parking and its assigned. It is limited so it could be annoying if you don't get a parking spot by I got one my first semester here and have kept it sense. Just turn in your deposit as soon as you are given the opportunity since that's how they choose parking.

They are very responsive, there is a maintenance form for non-urgent repairs and a phone number

for urgent ones. If you have a question you can email and she will respond in 1-2 days.

There is tons of storage, very clean, but it is not brand new or renovated. We

have never had something break on us though, so I like the quality compared to some of the BYU on-campus housing which is even older.

Safe, Good maintenance
You can apply to have an assigned covered parking spot, which was really nice in the winter. However parking was annoying in every other situation because if you ever want to have friends/family over, there are ZERO places for them to park close by. The atrium is really close to

campus and easy walking distance but parking for anyone other than yourself is horrendous. It was well managed, (almost too well, the manager was around almost daily and it made us all feel a little on the edge because she was very particular about things). Kept my apartment really clean and still our manager found things to complain/ be nitpicky about.

Management is responsive. Feels like they are breathing down your neck a little sometimes though about

weird things. Also they would only MAIL a physical check for my deposit back, even though I had to pay it digitally. Took weeks to get back and didn’t like that it was a hassle. Super picky about cleaning checks and BYU standards also.

Mostly clean. The carpet had a lot of hair that we literally could never fully vacuum

up. It was everywhere. The shower door had mold/gunk in the part where is slides and stuff like that that just hadn’t been cleaned well before I moved in.

Safe, Poor management, Overpriced
Not a lot of parking. Manager takes months to fix serious problems but days-weeks for not serious ones. Big and spacious rooms. Great ward

Takes Rosie a long time to respond to serious issues. I had a dishwasher falling out

of the wall every time I opened it for the the whole semester I was there and it wasn’t fixed by the time I left.

It is a bit more expensive than other apartments in the area, but I think it's worth it! I love having my own washer and dryer, and the apartments are a good size, clean, and have enough storage for me.

We moved to the atrium because of the location and how cheap it is. Not too shabby of a place - but management isn’t the best. No amenities other than an in unit washer/dryer. Ward leadership is nice, but there’s little to no social scene.

I love the apartment and the management here. They have assigned spots in underground parking, though not enough for everyone at the complex. Plenty of space. Super close to campus. The social aspect of the ward is okay (mostly because of covid restrictions).
