Worth the money, Great location, Safe
I loved living here! My roommates and neighbors are all so sweet. Not necessarily a party complex, but most people are down for a good time. I loved being so close to campus and it has homey vibes.

I've had really good experiences with the manager. Finding her office is a bit tricky from
google maps, and you have to pay through checks, but other than that she's been good.

My apartment was super clean and the sidewalks were always well taken care of. Trash
never built up and it felt tidy.

Good place to live- I’m staying. But I wish the management would learn to use the internet so I could pay my rent online rather than go to their office.

Cathy is who you deal with. If you’re on her good side she’s fine, but she
can be a piece of work if you’re not. And you only can pay with check/cash/money order. Not even cards. They don’t know how to use the internet. Your contract will legit be written on a typewriter.
